How it works
You connect your LINE Official Account (OA) to ThaiPo. From then on, your customers' messages arrive in your ThaiPo inbox, translated into Thai for your team. Your staff read and reply in Thai, and the customer receives your reply in their own language. The customer never sees ThaiPo: to them it is one ordinary LINE chat with your business.
Because ThaiPo receives your OA's messages, your team works in the ThaiPo inbox (at business.thaipo.ai) instead of the LINE Official Account Manager. Replies typed in the LINE console are not translated, so always reply from ThaiPo.
If ThaiPo has turned the revenue tools on for your workspace, you also get Contacts, Today, and Outreach in the top bar: a place to keep your prospect list, draft and plan your outreach, and work your daily follow-ups. Those sections are covered further down.
Connecting your Official Account
Open Connect and follow the three steps. It takes about two minutes:
- In the LINE Official Account Manager, open Settings then Messaging API and enable it for your OA.
- Copy the Channel ID and the Channel secret, and paste them into ThaiPo. ThaiPo issues the access token and points the webhook at us for you.
- In the LINE manager, under Settings then Response settings, turn Webhooks ON. That is what delivers your customers' messages to ThaiPo.
For the cleanest setup, set Response mode to Bot and turn off the LINE greeting and auto-reply messages, so they do not conflict with ThaiPo. ThaiPo still receives messages once Webhooks is on.
The connect screen shows a live status checklist (credentials verified, webhook connected, first message received) so you can see exactly which step still needs doing. Connecting cannot finish while LINE still reports the webhook off: the screen holds until a re-check confirms it is on.
Run several businesses? Connect each OA as its own workspace and switch between them with the workspace switcher in the top bar. Each workspace has its own inbox, memory, billing, and team, kept completely separate.
The ID customers add
To message your business, customers add your OA on LINE by its ID: a purchased premium ID (for example @shootingstar) if you bought one, otherwise the generic basic ID. ThaiPo shows this ID at the top of your inbox and in Settings, with a copy button, so you can share it on flyers, your website, or a QR code. It updates per workspace, so each business shows its own.
Your inbox
The inbox lists your customer chats, most recent first, with a search box (by name or chat id) and four filters: All, Unread, Open, and Mine. Open a chat to see the conversation: each inbound message shows in Thai for your team, with the customer's original underneath.
ThaiPo detects each customer's language from their first message and uses it as that chat's reply language. It is sticky and you can pin a different one per chat (for example, always reply in English). If you do not read Thai, turn on the EN toggle to show an English line under each customer message too.
Keep the list tidy as a team: pin an important chat to the top, and archive a finished one to move it out of the active list (an Active / Archived view tab switches between them). An archived chat keeps receiving and translating messages, so nothing is lost, and you can restore it any time. Unread chats carry a dot, and opening a chat marks it read.
There is no history backfill: the inbox fills from new messages after you connect, not past ones (LINE provides no way to fetch old messages).
Replying to customers
Type your reply in Thai and send (Enter sends, Shift and Enter makes a new line). ThaiPo translates it into the customer's language and sends it through your OA. Under your sent reply, a back-check shows your message translated back to Thai, so you can confirm it kept your meaning. Use the paper-clip to send a photo or video; other files go as a link.
Photos, voice notes, and video
When a customer sends a photo, ThaiPo reads any text in it and translates it. A voice note is transcribed and translated. A video is watched and described in Thai. Each shows in the thread with a small marker so your team can act on it like any other message. The raw media itself is processed and not stored.
Memory and privacy
ThaiPo remembers each customer over time, learning the names, terms, and tone in that conversation so translations get better the more you talk. This memory is sealed to each chat: what ThaiPo learns about one customer never affects another, even within your workspace, and never crosses between businesses.
ThaiPo only ever connects to your business OA, never to an employee's personal LINE account. Your customer's credentials are encrypted, and each workspace can only see its own OA's chats.
Organising chats
Each chat can be marked Open or Resolved, assigned to a staff member, tagged, and given an internal note (visible only to your team). The All / Unread / Open / Mine filters help a busy team divide the work.
The per-chat owner, tags, and note appear when your workspace has the contacts tools turned on. Without them, the inbox still has status, search, and the four filters.
Notifications
Turn on notifications from the inbox to get a web push when a customer messages, even with the tab closed. On iPhone, install the app first (see below), then enable notifications.
Install the app
Add ThaiPo for Business to your phone (or desktop) and it opens like an app, full screen, straight to your inbox, with notifications. Tap to install:
On your phone: open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home Screen.
Native iOS and Android apps are not out yet. For now, the installed web app has all the same features as the website, so you lose nothing by installing it today.
Your team
From Team, the workspace owner and admins invite staff by a single-use link. A teammate accepts, lands in the inbox, and gets a role (Owner, Admin, or Member). The owner and admins can also change a member's role between Admin and Member and remove members; plain members can sign in and work the inbox but see no team-management controls. The owner is fixed: it can never be removed or demoted, and no one can change their own role.
The revenue tools
Beyond the inbox, ThaiPo for Business can run the whole path from a cold prospect to a paying customer: a contact list with lead scores, AI-drafted outreach grounded on each business, follow-up sequences, and a daily task list. These tools are turned on per workspace by ThaiPo, so they appear in your top bar as Contacts, Today, and Outreach only when your workspace has them. If you want them on, ask ThaiPo.
The idea: keep your prospects in Contacts, reach out with a message ThaiPo drafts from what each business actually does, and drive every reply toward adding your OA on LINE, where the conversation continues, translated, in your inbox, and closes.
Contacts
Contacts is your account list: one row per business, with a fit Score (5 to 10, highest first), a lifecycle Stage (New, Contacted, Engaged, Qualified, Opportunity, Customer, Lost), a Pool (segment), an owner, tags, the prospect's own LINE OA, and its current sequence. Sort by any column, show or hide columns, and page through the list. A Board view shows the same accounts as cards in stage lanes that you drag between to move a deal forward.
Find the right accounts fast: the saved-view tabs (All, My accounts, Leads, Customers, Has LINE chat, Overdue follow-ups, and one per score band) and the filter rail (Score, Pool, Stage, City, Sector, Tag, Owner, Enrichment confidence, Has own LINE OA) narrow the list, and you can save a filter set as your own view. Select rows to set a stage, assign an owner, add or remove a tag, enrich, draft a message, enroll in a sequence, or export to CSV.
Importing your list
Bring your master list in from a spreadsheet. Open Import, drop an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file, and ThaiPo maps your columns to account fields (name, score, pool, sector, city, country, the LINE handle and URL, website, email, phone, the socials, a contact person, and any supplied enrichment). Check the mapping, preview a few rows, and confirm.
Re-importing the same list is safe: ThaiPo matches on the business's website domain (and, for businesses with no website, on the LINE handle, then on name and city) and updates the existing account instead of creating a duplicate. The result shows how many were imported, updated, and skipped. A row needs a name plus at least one way to reach the business, or it is skipped.
Enriching a lead
Enrich reads a prospect's own website (its homepage and one more page such as About or Services) and builds a short, grounded brief: a 1 to 10 fit score with a one-line reason, a confidence level, what the business sells, where its customers come from, and the foreign languages its guests speak. Every fact links back to the exact page it was read from, and anything the site does not actually say is left out.
Enrichment is a manual refresh you run, not an automatic background job, and it needs a reachable website on the account. If there is no website, or the site cannot be read, ThaiPo tells you instead of guessing.
Writing an outreach message
From a contact, Generate message opens a composer that drafts outreach grounded only on that business's brief, so it references what the business really does and never invents facts. Pick Email or LINE, a tone (Direct, Formal, or Casual), and generate a full draft, a subject, an opener, or a P.S. When a linked LINE chat tells ThaiPo the customer's language, it writes in that language; otherwise English.
Insert merge fields ({{name}}, {{city}}, {{sector}}, and your LINE add-OA link), apply a built-in or saved template, append a snippet, and preview the result. Save the copy as a workspace template to reuse, or save it as a draft for approval before it goes out. Generate drafts a message, it does not send it.
Outreach sequences
A sequence is a multi-step follow-up plan: each step has a day offset, a channel (Email, LINE, call, or note), and runs as a manual task or automatically. Start from the Standard B2B template or build your own. Per sequence you set a timezone and send window (so a follow-up never lands at 3am), a daily email cap, and the rules that stop a sequence when a prospect replies, books a meeting, bounces, or unsubscribes. You can also delete a whole sequence from the builder, which clears its steps and enrollments with it.
Test what works: add an A/B variant to a step and ThaiPo splits each enrolled contact into one version and reports sends and replies per variant. The Enrollments tab lists every contact's step, status, and next due date, with bulk pause, resume, and remove.
Today, your follow-ups
Today is your daily queue: the follow-up tasks that are due, ranked so the best-fit accounts come first, grouped under Overdue and Due now. A Mine-only toggle narrows the list to tasks assigned to you, and a metric strip across the top shows Due now, Overdue, Replies waiting, In sequences, and a Done-today progress ring. Start focus run works the queue heads-down, one task at a time, with Task X of Y progress that auto-advances as you clear each one, plus an exit back to the list. Mark each task Completed, Skipped, or Snoozed a day, replying or noting inline.
When a task is on a LINE-linked contact, type your reply in Thai right there; ThaiPo translates it and sends it to the customer's chat, then completes the step. Any task can also be closed with a quick note.
The LINE handoff
LINE is where deals close, so the outreach funnel points there. Your workspace has an add-OA link (the same one customers use to add you on LINE); drop the {{add_oa_link}} field into any message and it becomes that real link when the message goes out. When a prospect adds your OA and writes, their chat appears in your inbox, translated. Link that chat to the contact (from the contact's detail screen or the inbox) and the two histories become one timeline.
When a contact becomes a paying customer, by a payment under their email or by you moving the stage, the account advances to Customer automatically, and can be enrolled into an onboarding sequence to keep the relationship warm.
A note on outbound email
ThaiPo drafts your email outreach, and everything around a compliant send is built in: a suppression list, a daily cap, a one-click unsubscribe link, and a footer with your postal address. Sending the email out, though, runs on your own dedicated sending domain and email provider, which you set up with ThaiPo. Until that is connected, an email step is logged for you to send yourself, and LINE stays the live channel where conversations actually happen.
Plans, payment, and tax invoices
A workspace becomes active when you pay. There are two monthly plans, each per workspace: Starter, with native-level translation, and Pro, with top-tier translation. You can also pay once for a 30-day window instead of subscribing.
Monthly plans renew by card. The one-time 30-day payment also accepts PromptPay. All prices add 7% VAT, and a Thai tax invoice (ใบกำกับภาษี) is issued automatically for every payment: enter your company name and Tax ID at checkout to get a full invoice you can use for accounting. Find and print your invoices in Settings under Tax invoices.
If ThaiPo has given your workspace complimentary access, Settings shows that and you can skip the paywall.
FAQ
Do I need a LINE Official Account? Yes. ThaiPo connects to an OA, not a personal LINE account. If you do not have one, you can create one free from the LINE Official Account Manager.
What happens to my current LINE inbox? Your customers keep messaging your OA exactly as before. Your team just reads and replies in ThaiPo instead of the LINE console, so everything is translated.
Does it work on a phone? Yes, the inbox is mobile-friendly and installs as an app. Reply from ThaiPo (not the LINE OA app) so your messages are translated.
I do not see Contacts or Outreach. Those are the revenue tools, turned on per workspace by ThaiPo. Ask ThaiPo to enable them if you want them.
Does ThaiPo send cold emails for me? ThaiPo drafts them and handles unsubscribe, suppression, caps, and the required footer, but sending runs on your own sending domain and provider, set up with ThaiPo. LINE is the live channel out of the box.
Is my data private? Your OA credentials are encrypted, each workspace is isolated, and per-customer memory never leaks between chats or businesses.
